How to make cheese burger

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck.
  2. 4 1/2-inch cubes pepper jack cheese (about 1 ounce total)
  3. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil.
  5. 4 slices cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)
  6. 4 hamburger buns.
  7. Ketchup, mustard and/or mayonnaise, for spreading (optional)
In an expansive bowl, consolidate the initial seven fixings. Disintegrate meat over blend and blend well. Shape into four patties. 

Barbecue burgers, secured, over medium warmth or cook 3 in. from the warmth for 4-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer peruses 160° and juices run clear. Best with cheddar. Flame broil 1 minute longer or until cheddar is softened. Serve on buns with bacon and garnishes of your
