How To Make Motton Krahi


Lamb – ½ kg 

Ginger Garlic glue – 2 tbsp 

Oil – ½ container 

Unique masala – 1 tbsp 

Dry Fenugreek leaves – ½ tsp 

Yogurt – 250g 

Ginger – 1 inch piece 

Salt – to taste 

Green stew – 5 

Little green stew – 5 meagerly hack 

Entire deggi mirch – 125g 

Entire Red chillies – 125g 

Mace – 1 tsp 

Long pepper – 1 tbsp 

Cumin seeds – 100g 

Star anise – 3 to 4 

Cloves – 5 to 6 

Green Cardamoms – 8 to 10 

Dry Coriander – 4 tbsp 

Broil all spIces turn by turn on skillet and pound them well. Keep in a sealed shut jug or holder. Can be use in any curry. 

Step by step instructions to make Special Masala Mutton Karahi 

Bubble sheep until done. Presently take a wok and put oil, warm it up and include sheep, sear high warmth till lamb changes into darker shading. At that point include slashed green chillies and ginger garlic glue and broil well for 2 to 3 minutes. Presently include daintily mixed yogurt, salt and unique masala, and sear on high warmth for around 2 to 3 minutes. At that point include entire green chillies and fenugreek leaves and cook till oil isolates. Embellish with ginger pieces and present with naans.
