How to make milk brfi





Simple Milk Burfi Recipe:

Fixings :

Khoya 1/2kg

Sugar 250g

Nutmeg and mace powder a squeeze

Cardamom powder a squeeze

Vanilla powder a squeeze

Ghee 1-2tbsp

Almonds and Pistachios for embellishing

Barfi Method/Tarika:

1) Cook the khoya in a wok, on a low fire, blending constantly with a wooden spoon

2) When the khoya starts to mellow and liquidize include the sugar and cook until the point that the blend starts to bubble. Presently kill the fire.

3) Add a squeeze of nutmeg mace and cardamom powder. At that point include a squeeze of vanilla powder and blend well

4) Grease a plate and spread the readied blend on best.

5) Garnish with cut almonds, pistachios and permit to set for 4-5 hours

6) Cut into squares and serve.
