How to make shell tarkari recipie



Ingredients

Kolson Shell Macaroni bubbled 3 containers

Red pepper (splashed and ground) 2

Ketchup 4 tbsp

Stew garlic sauce 3 tbsp

Onion 1 cut into 3D squares

Capsicum 1 cut into 3D squares

Tomato 1 cut into 3D squares

Carrot 1 cut in thin cuts

Salt 1 tsp leveled

Pounded red pepper ½ tsp

Elements for Tarka :

Oil ¼ glass

Garlic pounded 1 tbsp

Curry leaves 20

Mustard seeds ½ tsp

White cumin seeds 1 tsp

Onion seeds ½ tsp

COOKING DIRECTIONS 

Warmth oil in a wok, include 1 tbsp pounded garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

Include 20 curry leaves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and 1/2 tsp onion seeds.

Sear for 2 minutes. Include 2 ground red chilies alongside 4 tbsp ketchup, 3 tbsp stew garlic sauce, ½ tsp smashed red pepper salt to taste and all the cleaved vegetables. Hurl well.

In conclusion overlap in the bubbled Kolson shell macaroni and blend.
