How to make matanjan

Fixings: 

Rice 1 kg

Sugar 700g

Drain 3 containers

Drain solids (Khoya) 100g

Rasogolla 100g

Ashrafi Green 100g

Oil ½ container

Ashrafi Red 100g

Cashew nut 20g

Pistachio 20g

Almond 20g

Coconut 10g

Little cardamom 4 pieces

Raisins 10g

Red green and yellow shading 1/4tsp each

Strategy:

Pour water in a bowl and heat up the rice.

Presently include Rice, Sugar Milk, Milk solids (Khoya), Rasogolla, Ashrafi Green, Oil, Ashrafi Red, Cashew nut, Pistachio, Almond, Coconut, Small cardamom, Raisins, Red green and yellow shading.

Abandon it on Dum for 15-20 minutes on a low fire.
