1 kg Phalsa
2 glasses Sugar
4 glasses Water
1 tsp Black Salt
Step by step instructions to make Falsa Sharbat
Make 2 glasses sugar syrup with 2 container sugar and 2 mugs water till thick, expel and keep aside, absorb phalsy some water for 4 hours, now mix 2 or 3 times, at that point go it through a fine sifter, dispose of the seeds, blend the juice and sugar syrup well.
Serve chilled with ice blocks and salt.
